Andrew is a seasoned financial advisor, combining expertise with a warm and approachable demeanor. Prior to joining IG in 2008, Andrew spent time abroad in various advisory roles which has enriched his perspective and contributed to a well-rounded approach to holistic advice. His commitment to enhancing clients' financial well-being is further reflected in his hands-on and empathetic approach. This personalized touch allows Andrew to craft tailored financial solutions that go beyond conventional approaches.

His ability to blend financial expertise with genuine enthusiasm and approachability fosters an environment where clients feel not only financially supported, but also understood. He recognizes that each client's financial journey is unique, and he takes the necessary time to understand their individual goals, concerns, and aspirations.

John Bajc CFP®

Senior Financial Consultant

John joined Gaylor Tachauer &Associates in 2024 after a successful 31-year career as an independent advisor. He brings to the team a wealth of experience having spent 10 years as an Environmental Engineer before running a successful tax business and building his financial advisory practice at IG. This diverse professional background has endowed him with a strong foundation of tax knowledge and business acumen.

As a proud holder of the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation and a recipient of a Bachelor of Science degree, John seamlessly blends industry experience with technical financial planning expertise.

Outside of the office, John's interests include travelling the globe with his wife Ingrid and engaging in the hands-on aspects of building projects, home renovations, and environmental initiatives. John is also a proud father to James, who serves in the Navy, and Erika, who is diligently pursuing her university degree at Laurier.

Administrative Assistant

Zena has been with Gaylor Tachauer & Associates since 2012 and now serves as the Administrative team lead. She plays a key role in ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care and support, while overseeing the daily administrative processes to ensure the seamless operation of the practice. Her commitment to delivering the utmost level of service is evident in her courteous interactions and meticulous attention to detail—qualities that have become hallmarks of her willingness to go above and beyond.

Boasting an impressive 15+ years in the financial industry, Zena brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. Holding a diploma in Business Administration & Accounting from George Brown College, her educational background complements her extensive practical knowledge.

Zena's dedication to professionalism extends beyond the workplace. As a resident of Mississauga, she shares her life with her husband and two daughters.
